Joan Mary Newton Collins (née Giles) formerly of Leicestershire and Marshalswick, St Albans, sadly passed away on 30th November at her home in Plymouth. Beloved wife of Victor, then David, loving and treasured mother of Kim (Andrea), Mark and Rachel. Much loved mother-in-law, sister and aunty. Adored grandmama and great grandmama, now reunited with her loved ones. She will be greatly missed by her close and extended family and her friends. A family Thanksgiving Service was held on 17th December at Saltash Baptist Church followed by committal at Drake Memorial Park. There were family flowers only and donations in lieu were made in memory of Mary to The Torch Trust for the Blind.
