Dr William James Ferguson (Jamie) 22 August 1969 - 22 August 2020 With immense sorrow and heavy hearts, the family sadly announce that Jamie passed away on Saturday 22 August 2020, aged 51 after a long and courageous battle with Covid 19 that was fought with much dignity. Much loved husband to Deirdre, proud and devoted father to Alexandra and the beloved son of Rodney and the late Kathleen. He will be sorely missed by all the countless friends and family who knew and loved him, his laughter, his charisma, his generosity, and his innate sense of fun. The funeral service will take place at 10:30am on Friday 18th September at The Lady Chapel of St Albans Cathedral. Due to current COVID restrictions, the service will unfortunately be restricted to family and close friends only. There will also be a webcast of the service for anyone unable to attend.
