Died on 22nd February aged 84. Widower of the much loved Patricia and equally loved stepdaughter Tessa and his sister Jill and family. Ultimate Chairman of Harpenden Urban District Council 1972-74. Mayor of The City & District of St Albans 1974-75. Funeral a thanksgiving at St Nicholas Church Harpenden at 2pm on 22nd March 2019. Family flowers only Donations if desired to The Harpenden and Wheathampstead District Scouts IAN FULTON
