Hayes Sheila of St.Albans sadly passed away on 11 April at East Surrey Hospital aged 82 years. A long standing resident of the town Sheila, together with her husband Reggie and other members of the family, owned and ran The Pilgrim’s Rest Restaurant on Holywell Hill for many years. Sheila was the loving mother of daughter Linda, sons Tim and Ashley and their Partners. She was also a much loved Nana to Nicola, Clare, Matthew and Jack. Sheila was loved by many and will be greatly missed by family and friends alike. A Funeral Service and Cremation will be held on Tuesday 8 May 2018 at West Herts Crematorium, North Chapel at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only. If desired, donations in memory of Sheila can be made to the charity ‘Bloodwise’ via www.justgiving.com/fundraising/inmemoryof sheilahayes or at the end of the funeral service.
