NIEL DOUGLAS CLEMENTS Niel Douglas Clements, former long-serving Wheathampstead Councillor, died peacefully on 21 December 2017, aged 77. Funeral to take place on Friday, 26 January 2018 at 11:45am at Harwood Park Crematorium, Stevenage. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the James Marshall Foundation (details to follow).
