NOREEN RAE NEWBURY-ECOB Passed away peacefully on Sunday 18 December 2016 at home, aged 87. Rae will be greatly missed by her husband David, daughters Clare, Helen, Ruth, Louise and Frances and her 10 grandchildren. A funeral, to give thanks for Raes life, will be held at St. Nicholas Church, Harpenden, on Wednesday 11th January 2017 at 2pm. Family flowers only please.
