OAKLEY William James (Jim) of Newgate Close, St Albans and formerly of Flint Way, St Albans passed away on 22 October 2016 at Watford General Hospital aged 76 years. Much loved husband of Christine and dad of Paul, Tony, Darren and Amanda. Loving grandfather of Megan, Catherine, Lauren and Liam. Funeral service to take place at West Herts Crematorium, Garston on Monday 14th November at 12.20pm. By request family flowers only.
