SCRUTON RICHARD Sadly passed away at Watford General Hospital on 22nd May 2016, aged 71 years. A wonderful, husband, father and grandfather who will be sadly missed by all who knew him. The funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium, High Elms Lane, WD25 0JS on Tuesday 14th June at 12 noon.
