CARTER Valerie Val passed away peacefully in Watford General Hospital on February 16 2016. Loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be sadly missed by her family and her many friends. Funeral to be held at West Herts Crematorium, 12.40pm. on Tuesday, 8th March 2016.
