LEWIS PRACEY Lew passed away peacefully on Friday 15th January 2016 aged 75. A dear brother, father, grandfather, uncle and close friend to so many people, he was especially loved and will be sorely missed by one and all. A celebration of his life will take place on Thursday 11th February at 2.40pm at West Hertfordshire Crematorium.
