JULIE KATE FARMER Nee Axon Passed away peacefully on Monday 28th December at St Francis Hospice aged 46. She will be deeply missed by her husband Wayne and Daughters Jemma, Amy and Bethan. The funeral service is to take place on Friday 15th January at 2pm at the West Herts Crematorium.
