KELLY Phyllis Anne passed away peacefuly on Saturday, December 26 2015, aged 65. She was much loved and will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, January 12 2016 at West Herts Crematorium at 1.20pm. All welcome. Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, to The Hospice of St. Francis c/o MK Ginder & Sons, The Olde Bakery, Lye Lane, Bricketwood AL2 3TL
