CHANT Elizabeth Diana sadly passed away after a long illness on 28th Sept 2015 aged 71 at Nottingham City Hospital. She will be greatly missed by Alison and Roland and all her family and friends. The service of Thanksgiving will be held at The West Bridgford Methodist Church, Musters Road, West Bridgford, NG2 7PQ on Tuesday October 20 at 12.45pm. Family flowers only please, donations to The Clinical Haematology Department at the City Hospital care of A W Lymn, Rutland House, 128 Melton Road, West Bridgford, Notts, NG2 6EP
