JEFF WELCH A most loving family man, adored by his wife Mabel, daughters Deborah, Janice and Lorraine, his eight grand-children and two great grand-children. Jeff passed away on June 22nd 2015 after a long and happy life. We will celebrate his life on Friday July 3rd at 12.00 p.m. at West Herts Crematorium, Garston. Family flowers only, donations welcome to the Royal British Legion.
