JEFFERSON TERENCE (TERRY) Died peacefully at home surrounded by love and birdsong on 6th February 2015 Heartfelt thanks to grove house and the hospice at home nursing team for their unfailing care and support. Funeral service at West Herts Crematorium on Thursday 26th February 2015 at 11.20am.
