AKERMAN Patricia ‘Pat’ sadly passed away on 18th December 2014 and will be greatly missed, she was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Funeral will take place on Saturday 17th January at West Herts Crematorium, Garston 11:30 am.
