SEAMAN VERNON "FRANK" Passed away suddenly at Watford General Hospital on 21 December 2014 aged 82 years. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 13th January 2015 at West Herts Crematorium - 3pm. Family flowers only.
