PALMER Joy Katharine Florence - Passed away in Gittisham Hill House Care Home, Honiton, Devon on the 16th November 2014, aged 86 years. Much loved and admired wife of Rex for 63 years. Loved mother of the late Paul and mother in-law to Linda.
