FRANKLIN On Saturday 5th October 2013 peacefully in his sleep at his home in Truro Cornwall. Bill aged 87 years, formerly Spencer Gate, St Albans, (Old Albanian and Rotarian). Beloved husband of the late Pat, adored dad of Vanessa and Elizabeth. Dearly loved grandpa of James, Joe, Billy and Talulla and loving great- grandpa to Frankie. Dear brother-in-law of June.
