BROOKS Frederick Francis sadly passed away at Watford General Hospital on Thursday, June 27, aged 92. A loving partner, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium on Friday, July 12 2013 at 3pm.
