SMITH Howard Osborn (OA) aged 75, died peacefully at home, after a long illness on June 18 2013. Beloved partner to Stella, widower to Carol, father to Mark and Katherine, grandpa to Maxwell. Howard will be sadly missed by his many friends and family. Funeral to take place on Monday, July 8 2013 at St Peters Church, St Albans at 10.30am. followed by private commital for family only at West Herts Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations to Grove House and Prostate Cancer Charity c/o E. Seymour & Sons, 26 Marlborough Road, St Albans AL1 3XQ
