TRELEAVEN John Richard, known as Jack, passed away in Watford General Hospital after a long illness, aged 71. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium, Garston on Monday, June 17 2013 at 3pm. No flowers, but donations, if desired to Herts & Middlesex Wildlife Trust c/o M. K.
