SCRANAGE Raymond of Slip End, formerly of St.Albans passed peacefully away on 7th February 2013, in his 90th year. A former St. Albans District and Hertfordshire County Councillor, much loved Husband, Father and Grandfather. Funeral service at St Michaels Parish Church, St Albans at 3:00pm on Wednesday 27th February 2013 followed by a private burial.
