SAMUELS John Edward (Sam) passed away peacefully on Sunday 26th August 2012, at Rosebery House, after a long illness. Beloved Husband of Eileen, loving Father to David & Julie, Father-in-Law to Liz &Shaun and Grandfather to Emma & Ben. Funeral to take place on Friday 7th September at West Herts Crematorium, Garston, at 12.20pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to British Heart Foundation c/o L. C. Weston Funeral Directors.
