Kate Smith (nee Hearn) Peacefully passed away on Tuesday June 12th, aged fifty seven, surrounded by her loving family, after a two year battle with Motor Neurone Disease. Kate was a much loved and dedicated staff nurse, with a career spanning forty years, and will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her. The funeral will take place at Christ Church Centre, High Oaks, St Albans at 10am on Friday 29th June.
