Parker Jack Husband of Kath, Father of Neil and Beverley, Granddad to Harrison, Tayler, George and Hollie and Father in Law to Claire and Andy. Passed peacefully away on Sunday 12th February 2012 uneral service on Monday 27th February at West Herts Crematorium, at 10.20am.
