SWIFT Jack passed away peacefully on October 30 2011 aged 86. Loving father of Norman and Eric, grandfather to Hayley, Mark, Natalie, Gary and great-grandfather. The funeral will take place on Friday, November 18 2011 at Harwood Park Crematorium for 1.15pm. Family flowers only and donations, if desired to Sanctuary Care Home.
