Halpern Edgar Eli 29/11/1924. Passed away at QEII on September 6 2011 after a brief illness. Went swiftly and peacefully. Father to Jesse, Danny and Naomi, Grandpa to Alix and Dale, Father-in-law to Geoffrey Bourne and Debbie Halpern. Good friend to many. Much loved and Greatly missed by us all. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday September 20 at 1.30pm at St Pauls Church, Blandford Road, St Albans, followed by a private family cremation at Garston.
