WILCOX Ethel Edith died peacefully at home, aged 106 on July 2 2011. Wife of the late A.F. (Michael) Wilcox, Chief Constable of Hertfordshire 1947-68. Treasured mother of Susan Bridget and Stephen, mother-in-law of Frances and grandmother of Natasha. Funeral to be held at West Herts Crematorium on Wednesday July 20 at 2pm.
