ADAMCZEWSKI Kathleen Sheila passed away peacefully at the Lyndon Eventide Home on June 4 2011. A loving mother to Melinda, Pamela, Sheila and Peter. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Service to be held at West Herts Crematorium, Saturday June 18 at 2pm. Flowers welcome, donations if desired to Cancer Research.
