SMITH – PHOEBE MAY passed away peacefully, Saturday April 2, 2011 at St. Albans City Hospital. Sadly missed by, Husband Ken, Sons David and Keith, Daughters Audrey and Sheila, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
