BRIAN LAKE April 14, 1935 - March 11, 2010 Brian passed away on March 11, at QE11 Hospital, following a period of illness. He was very much a part of St Albans life, having run and owned Verulam Insurance Brokers in the town for many years and had much involvement with the Abbey, especially in later life. Hell be sadly missed by sister-in-law Gladys, niece and nephews Christine, Richard and Robert and his many friends and acquaintances. The funeral service will take place at St. Albans Abbey on April 7, 2010, at 2.30pm followed by cremation at West Herts Crematorium, Garston 4pm. All friends and family welcome to the service. No flowers please but any donations to Brians preferred charities -Cancer Research and St. Albans Abbey - for which a collection box will be available after the service.
