At least one moment every day I hear the echo of your voice athough it’s only in my mind this stays with me, I have no choice. I reach for you as if you’re here, your tender touch your warm embrace. We are all just prisoners of time. With memories locked away. We know the ending came too soon; you’re the one I can’t replace. I would have to carry on with yesterday behind me.I close my eyes and realise I’ve never let you go. But with every shadow of the past I still can see your face. Your loving wife Carolxxxxxx
