Plans have been submitted for part of an office block in St Albans to be converted into a number of apartments.
Part of Aecom House, at 63-77 Victoria Street, would become 19 apartments if the 'change of use' plans - from commercial use to residential use - are approved.
Submitted by Oakmont Homes, the planning application includes floor plans for homes on the ground floor, first floor and second floor of the building.
