Plans have been submitted for a new sandwich bar and coffee shop near St Albans City train station.
The eatery would be located at 145A Victoria Street, the former site of computer and phone repair shop Smart Tech.
The permanently closed business sits between The Alban Indian restaurant and Coddess fish and chips, across the road from popular pub and music venue The Horn.
