Plans have been submitted for the demolition of a garage to make way for a new three-bedroom home in Hemel Hempstead.
The application - submitted to Dacorum Borough Council's planning committee on November 8 - would see a garage at 68 Leys Road knocked down for the new build.
Floor, site and location plans have all been submitted along with the application.
Existing and proposed elevations of the site have also been included.

No objections or public comments have yet been made to the application, which can be viewed using reference 23/02692/FUL on the Dacorum Borough Council planning portal: www.dacorum.gov.uk/home/planning-development
Two consultee comments have been made to the plans, one from Environmental And Community Protection (DBC) and one from Thames Water.
Neither presented any objection to the development.
