Makers of glass ornaments and artwork, Heartwood Glass, have been honoured at Parliament.

Alex and Gavin Bray attended a reception at the House of Lords ahead of Small Business Saturday, on December 2.

The glass makers was one of 100 small businesses selected across the country, as part of this year's SmallBiz100 line-up.

As well as designing and creating their creations, Heartwood Glass also hosts on-location workshops at schools, corporate events and community groups.

Alex said: "It’s an honour to be recognised and it wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing support from our friends, customers, and local community.
