The driver of a moped has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash in Hemel Hempstead.
At around 10.45pm on Tuesday, December 5, the white vehicle collided with a central island on Leverstock Green Road, near the junction with Vauxhall Road.
Hertfordshire police officers and the East of England Ambulance Service attended the scene.
The moped driver, a man in his 20s, was then taken to hospital with serious injuries.
PC Jake Howard said: "Our enquiries are continuing, and we are appealing for anyone with information to please get in touch.
“If you were driving in the area at the time and have a dash cam fitted, please check it as you may have recorded some crucial footage which may help our investigation.”
