Hatfield Magistrates Court results – February 23
Leslie Ruddick: 35, of Birch Court, Howlands, Welwyn Garden City. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend meetings. Fined £50.
Hatfield Magistrates Court results – February 26
Ryan Willson: 21, of Aviation Avenue, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on May 23 by failing to attend instructed office appointments. Fined £50 plus ordered to pay court costs £40.
Stevenage Magistrates Court results – February 27
Max Roberts: 35, of Fern Drive, Hemel Hempstead. On February 28, 2023, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of KTM Duke who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence at Stevenage. Fined £600 plus ordered to pay victim services £240 and court costs £300. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
St Albans Magistrates Court results – February 28
Isis Aghogho Ekpolomo: 35, of Boxted Road, Hemel Hempstead. On June 15, 2023, drove a Toyota Yaris on A4251 at Tring when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £660 plus ordered to pay victim services £264 and court costs £200. Driving record endorsed with 8 points.
Kamran Nawaz: 33, of Jennings Way, Hemel Hempstead. On June 20, 2023, drove a Skoda at A414, Hemel Hempstead at 48mph when the speed limit is 40mph. Fined £72 plus ordered to pay victim services £28. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
Stevenage Magistrates Court results – February 29
Petrica-gerula Fasie: 33, of East Reach, Stevenage. On April 25, 2023, drove a Ford Transit on A1 junction 3-2 Hatfield while using a hand-held mobile telephone. Fined £146 plus ordered to pay victim services £58 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 6 months.
