A CCTV appeal has been launched after a bike was stolen in St Albans.
A black e-bike was stolen outside the Peri Peri chicken shop on Hatfield Road between 6.15pm and 6.20pm yesterday (September 4).
The man in the image was believed to be in the area around the time of the incident and may be able to assist enquiries.
