Popular St Albans eatery The Ivy Brasserie is looking forward to being back in full swing after May 17th.
General manager Ewa Jordan said her team were very excited to be back working together and to welcome guests back into the restaurant.
“When we opened the restaurant in St Albans back in May 2018, the city welcomed us with open arms and we couldn’t ask for a more kind and charming clientele. We have had a number of bookings from guests all over Hertfordshire and we can’t wait to see many a friendly face”
“The past year has been challenging for the hospitality industry, but we’re delighted with the support we have received and can’t wait to be part of the community once more
“I’m sure I speak for many when I say getting back into more of a fast paced routine and the swing of things will be the biggest challenges, however I have a fantastic team behind me!"
