It was another weekend of league and cup action in the Herts Ad Sunday League - with teams also paying their respects on Remembrance Sunday.

Unbeaten Brookmans Park still lead the way after a 5-1 win over Harpenden Colts OB, Charlie and Jamie Nelson backing up an Adam Davies hat-trick. Olly Lacey replied for the Colts.
Phoenix are still second and still with a perfect record, the 6-2 win over Mermaid making it five from five.
Ali Bangura hit four of them, Robert Calancea and Wilson Mendes getting the others, while Mermaid’s goals came from Kiefer Nwosu and Harrison Wasnock.
Third placed Plough & Harrow recorded their fourth win with a 4-2 success against Forever Young People, their scorers being Chris Dunn (two), George Elledge and Charlie Gould, and they are still pursued by Little Heath who beat Wheathampstead Wanderers 7-2.
Nick Baker (two), Darrell Allen, Elliott D’Souza, Spencer Hunt and Tino Madziya scored for Heath and Jordan Cornes and Frankie Buckler for Wanderers.
Division One leaders Wheathampstead Wanderers Res dropped their first points of the season as they lost 3-2 to BWSC for whom James Kimber (two) and Martin Garvey scored.
James Cooper and Sam Frost got the Wheato goals.
The division's top marksman, Liam Addlessee, was on the mark for Phoenix Res but his side went down 4-1 to Excel.
Their goals came from Troy Archer, Jack Brown, Tom Mullord and Marco Faria.
For the third league game running Welwyn Warriors won 4-1, this time defeating Pinewood with two goals from Gabriel Asare-Bekoe and singles from Calum Paine and Garvin Watson.
Billy Reed scored for Pinewood.
In Division Two, Saints gained revenge over Mermaid Res for an earlier defeat by winning 7-1.
James Lawrence led the way with a hat-trick, aided by two for Ryan Solly and one each for Lewis Cocomazzi and Jamie Doyle. Craig Clark scored for Mermaid.
Welwyn Rangers picked up their fourth win with a 6-1 defeat of Brookmans Park Res. Goals came from Tyler McCarthy, George Sippetts and Luke Stuckley who shared the six equally between them. Joe Solomon scored for Park.
Oceans XI drew 1-1 with high-riding Alban Dynamo, Joshua Whelan for Oceans and Louis Batstone of Dynamo the scorers.
Goals from Steve Orchard and Jon Tanton couldn’t stop TNF from losing 5-2 to Strafford Arms Res.
Wheathampstead 89 had seven players on their scoresheet in a 7-3 success over Welwyn Warriors Res in Division Three - Andrew Bacon, Tim Briggs, Tom Chenery, Charlie Gilroy, Jacob Jones, Chris Coleman and Matthew Eason.
Stephen Harris, Max McKenzie and Tom Ward replied for Welwyn.
Marshalswick Rovers ended a three-game losing run with a 4-4 draw with Rose & Crown Mosquito, their goals coming from Skrdlik Jiri (two), Harry Parker and Kai Takahashi.
League leaders St George’s won their seventh game of eight, beating Hatfield Comets 3-1 with Ashley Kingston and Andrew Dawson on target.
CPFC Eagles won their first game of the season in Division Four, beating Hatfield Seniors Res 2-1, James Jones getting both of them, Harry Baker getting the consolation.
League leaders Alban Dynamo Res won 2-0 against London Colney United, Ollie West and Ellis Griffin-Ford on target, but they remain six points ahead of Royston Rangers Res after they beat Monday Night 3-1.
Archie Ferguson, Brad Goldby-Solomon and Dan Moss got their goals with James Burchill replying.
Sam Gower was the lone scorer for Phoenix A as they lost 7-1 to Stotfold Rovers.
Two goals from Rhys Monaghan and one for Frankie Jowle eased Six Bells into the next round of the Herts Ad Challenge Cup, beating Hatfield Seniors 3-0.
