The race for the Herts Ad Sunday League Premier Division title took another swing - as Six Bells defeated Phoenix.
The 3-2 win means Bells are still second but now a point behind Phoenix, albeit having played one game more.
Rhys Monaghan and Jack Gage were among the goals for the Bells with Dominic Cuffy scoring for Phoenix.
Adam Page got a hat-trick as Brookmans Park stayed third, two points behind the Bells.
Park beat Plough & Harrow 4-1 with Callum Baylis the other scorer for Park and Chris Dunn getting the Plough goal.
Forever Young People got another point in their battle to stay out of the bottom two, drawing 1-1 with Mermaid. Joe Geddes scoring for the latter.
Strafford Arms Res confirmed themselves as champions of Division Two thanks to a 2-1 win over Six Bells Res, Luke Watling getting both their goals.
Welwyn Rangers moved above Bells and into second thanks to a 5-2 win over Saints.
The two challengers for second meet in Welwyn on Sunday.
Royston Rangers will finish second in Division Three after beating rivals Hertfordshire Vets 3-1. Jack Bibby, Archie Ferguson and Brad Goldby Solomon scored for Royston while Robert Gradwell was on target for the Vets.
Hatfield Seniors Res won 3-2 in Division Four, beating Royston Rangers Res for whom Dan Moss and Stanley White scored.
Strafford Arms are through to the final of the Herts Ad Challenge Cup after beating Borehamwood Rovers 3-0.
They will play Six Bells.
Goals from Stephen Dorer, Alexander Manoli and Ashley Kingston helped St George's into the final of the Herts Ad Junior Cup, beating Welwyn Warriors Res 3-2.
They will play either London Colney United or Stotfold Rovers.
Alban Dynamo strolled into the semi-finals of the Herts Ad Intermediate Cup with a 7-0 success over Brookmans Park Res.
Cain Joseph got three, Louis Batstone two and Ben Smith and Corey Rodriguez one each.
Their reserves meanwhile beat Phoenix A 4-2 in the Reserve Cup.
Wheathampstead Wanderers advanced in the Charity Cup, beating Little Heath 5-4 on penalties. The match had 1-1 after normal time, Nick Baker scoring for Heath.
There were three matches in the Goulding Cup too.
BWSC beat Phoenix Res 6-1, Michael White getting four of them and Daniel White and Jake Mcintosh one each. Michael Langton replied for Phoenix.
George Irving got one of the goals as TNF beat Harpenden Colts OB 2-1, Jamie Jones with the Colts' consolation, and there was a 3-3 draw between The Wrestlers and Mermaid Res.
Thomas Pritchett got all three for the Wrestlers while Cuhks Oparah, Ken Lee and Josh Sparkes scored for Mermaid.
