St Albans Striders had a bumper week with plenty of gold medals earned.
They were at the 10,000m County Championships at the Biggleswade AC track in Sandy, with both Mark Stevens and Andy Jordan taking the top prize.
That was followed by another star showing, this time at the Fairlands Valley Spartans 3k Relays in Stevenage.
The Striders' veteran women came first as did the senior mixed team, while the senior men were second.
The club then hosted the Summer 10k in Highfield Park, with 19 of their own taking part.
Stefano Federici was the first male, followed by James Brydan in second.
Andy Jordan took the win in the M60 category and Helen Cartilidge was first in the W40s.
