Jean (Isabel) Powell Aged 96. Passed peacefully away on Tuesday 24th January 2023, at Fosse House Care Home, St Albans. She will be sadly missed. A wonderful Godmother. Her funeral will take place at 10.20am, Friday 24th February 2023, at West Herts Crematorium. Family flowers only, but donations welcome for the work at Fosse House.
