Robert "Bob" Lowe Bob, a long-term resident of St Albans, passed away peacefully aged 98 years after a short illness. Following a family funeral in Sussex, a memorial will be held to celebrate his life at Christ Church, High Oaks, St. Albans on Saturday, 17th June at 2:30pm. All friends welcome.
