Jane Jelley (Partridge) 4 June 1962 -18 January 2024 Passed away peacefully at home after a short illness, aged 61, surrounded by her loving family. She was a much-loved wife, mother and grandmother. The funeral will take place at Hemel Hempstead Crematorium on 8th February at 1.30PM. Family flowers only. Donations to Rennie Grove Peace Hospice. All enquiries to Phillips Funerals 01727 812244.
