Geoffrey 'Nial' Thackray With great sadness we announce that Nial passed away peacefully on 19 September 2024, aged 78. A devoted husband to Elaine, loving father to Sarah and Nicola and the best grandad to Alex, Tommy, Izzi, Maddy, Danny and Joseph, and a cherished friend to many. The funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium at 1.30pm on Monday 7th October, followed by a celebration of Nial's life at Harpenden Golf Club.
