The St Albans Arts Festival is returning next month, and an exhibition by Herts Young Homeless (hyh) will headline the event for a second year.

Herts-based artists have submitted their work to the exhibition, which will be held at the Collective Art Gallery in St Albans from April 28 to 30.

All displayed work will be on sale, starting from £50, with at least 50 per cent of the price donated to the charity.

Nicola MacKinnon, community fundraiser for hyh, said: "We are thrilled to be taking part in the festival again this year and have been overwhelmed by the generosity of the art community, with over 35 artists registering their interest so far.

"There will be lots for people to enjoy, from photography to fine art and prices to suit all budgets.
