A man has been punched by a ski-masked assailant during an attempted robbery in Borehamwood.
The incident took place on Belford Road, at around 10.30pm on Thursday, April 20.
At that time, a man travelling on a black electric bike - and wearing a ski mask - attempted to take the victim's laptop bag.

As the victim ran towards Aycliffe Road, he was caught by the man, who then attempted to take his mobile phone and punched him.
No items were taken, and no injuries were sustained.
Hertfordshire police have since appealed for any witnesses to come forward.

The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 5ft 11ins tall, and wearing all black clothing.
PC Filippos Popovidis said: “This was a distressing incident, and our enquires are continuing to trace the suspect.
“If you saw anything, or witnessed anyone acting suspiciously in the area at the time, please get in touch.
